This page lists the most famous and honarable classic cars from 1909 to the mid-1990s. Some of them are masterpieces to car collectors, such as Bugatti Type 57SC, Mercedes 300SL Gullwing and Ferrari 250GTO. Some of them pioneered the technology or design trend or had great influence on the subsequent automotive history, such as Citroen DS, BMC Mini and BMW 2002. Some of them were the most beautiful cars, such as Ferrari 308GTB and Jaguar E type. Others like Renault Alpine GTA and Fiat 500 are either my favourite or the preference of the world. In short, cars having no representative meaning will never appear in this page.

I spent more than 2 months in gathering these cars’ information from dozens of reference books. I tried hard to make them as accurate and comprehensive as possible, though knowing mistakes are always inevitable. I hope these pages will give you a clearer view in automotive history.
