is perhaps the last innovative Citroen in our generation. Its
controversial
wedge-look is unquestionably the most extraordinary design in executive
class. Some love it very much but some do not. Inside, there is a very
advanced-looking dash, central console plus comfortable-looking leather
seats. Extra-long wheel base benefits the rear cabin room while
hatchback
boosts practicality.
Apart from spacious, XM enhances further comforts by introducing the revolutionary "Hydractive" suspensions, which is a hydraulic power, computer-controlled semi-active suspensions. Such advanced system not only won it the European "Car of the Year" (1990) title but also the praise from drivers and passengers which had tasted its comfortable ride.
XM is designed for extraordinary people. I like it very much at its launch and even in today I still rate it with 3 stars, which is very remarkable for a 7-year-old model.
